In order to help applicants for international protection who have been returned to Croatia under the Dublin procedure navigate their rights, the Croatian Law Centre and UNHCR have created a leaflet. In it, applicants can find answers to questions such as what the Dublin procedure is, who implements it, why they were returned to Croatia, what their rights are, and whether they have the right to reunite with their family.

The leaflet has been translated into Croatian, English, Arabic, Farsi, French, Russian, and Turkish.
