Law students from the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb are organizing a half-day conference titled “Youth on the New European Agenda” on May 9 – Europe Day, under the guidance of Karlo Kožina, mag. iur. et spec. iur., with the mentorship of other faculty members from the Department of Administrative Science and with the support from the Croatian Law Centre.
The conference will feature lectures on the following topics:
- European values as an integrative factor in the EU and the role of citizens in their protection
- Towards the development of a European Defence Union
- European mechanisms for informing the public: Is there truth in the 21st century?
The event will conclude with a panel discussion titled “The EU – Ready for the Future?”
