The Croatian Law Centre, as an implementing partner of UNHCR, in collaboration with the Croatian Employment Service (CES) produced the brochure „The right to work – applicants for international protection, persons granted international protection and foreigners under temporary protection. The brochure (link) provides key information on the right to employment and work, as well as the protection of these rights. It has been translated into English, Ukrainian, and Russian languages and will soon be translated into other languages.
The brochure was presented at a training regarding employment of a refugees, organized by UNHCR and CES. County counselors from CES across Croatia participated in the training. They fere introduced with the support system for employment of the refugees and also with the potential collaboration with UNHCR and the Croatian Law Centre to increase the number of employed applicants for international protection, persons granted international protection, and foreigners under temporary protection.
Through this collaboration, the aim is to ensure a more effective integration of these groups into Croatian society, enhancing their independence, and contributing to the overall community development.
